SHIPPING POLICY
Purchases are shipped from our facility by reputed and trusted courier agencies.
Our endeavour is to make the products reach you safely and timely. We process all domestic orders within 24hrs from confirmation of the order/receipt of payment (in case of prepaid orders). However, please allow following number of days for delivery of your order:
- Metro cities: For orders from Metro cities, you can expect delivery of the order within 3-5 business days.
- Non-Metro cities: For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, order delivery may take between 7-10 working days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
NOTE: Delivery time may vary subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes or other regulatory guidelines issued by the Government under special circumstances.
Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am to 7:30 pm between (Excluding public holidays).
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However VedicRoots takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. We recommend not to accept the parcel if it is tampered or not packed properly.
Since the virtual payments/ transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We ship products across India and all orders of Rs. 599 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat COD charge of Rs. 45 if you opt for Cash on Delivery.
Orders under Rs. 559 will be charged Rs. 50 as shipping charges.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
